She has served as a Disability Case Manager, Humanitarian Settlement Case Manager, and Mental Health Counsellor, providing vital support to individuals facing complex challenges, including survivors of torture and trauma.

Navdeep is also a skilled Child and Family Practitioner, with years of hands-on experience in both individual and family counselling. Her background is further enriched by an MBA in Human Resources from India, which complements her social work expertise with a strong foundation in business management. This unique blend of skills enables her to approach her work with a balanced perspective, ensuring both compassion and efficiency in service delivery.Having migrated to Australia for further studies, Navdeep is deeply attuned to Australian cultural values and is committed to promoting social justice through her practice. She adheres to the NDIS and social work codes of conduct, upholding the highest ethical standards in all aspects of her work.
